Be sure to check your order confirmation Emil for our fulfillment timeframe. Currently our standard fulfillment timeframe is 5-7 business days. During high volume sales such as Black Friday or Boxing Day this timeframe is extended to 10-15 business days.

Fulfilment vs Shipping Timeframe

Fulfilment Timeframe: The time it takes for our fulfilment team to pack and prepare your order for pick up by the courier. 

Shipping Timeframe: The time it takes for the courier to deliver your package once it has been picked up from our distribution centre. 

Return & Exchanges Policy

We hope that you love the pieces you received just as much as we love creating them. However, if for any reason, your order doesn’t work out as planned, we have a 30-day return window to create a return. This return window begins once your package has been delivered to you .

In the unlikely event that you’ve received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or an item is damaged in any way, please reach out to our Support Team. (if our Support Team is not notified of this prior to shipment, it will cause your item to be subject to our returns policy along with any costs that may be associated with a denied return.)

We accept returns for both refunds and exchanges.

• Exchanges must be requested for the same item/colour in an alternate size.

• If your exchange is unable to be completed due to unavailable stock, a refund will be issued.  

• Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer. 

• If items contain visible animal/human hair, lint, powder, skin cells, or other matter they are subject to denial. 

• Items with visible piling are subject to denial. 

• Items with strong orders or smells resembling smoke, body odor, detergent, fragrances, etc., are subject to denial.

• Items with markings or other stains, such as deodorant are subject to denial.

• Items without tags attached are subject to denial.

Return Shipping Options

Self-ship: Through your order, you can create an RMA for your returning items. Postage can be paid for via any courier service of your choosing.

Prepaid Return Label: The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

• Any returns that are delivered outside of 30 days of the delivery. Date of your order may be subject to denial. Please contact our support team if your return is delayed unexpectedly. 

• If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be re-shipped to you within 4-7 business days.

Can Sale Items Be Returned? 

Any items discounted 40% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items discounted less than 40% are eligible for our 30-day return window.
